Grown on traditional Bourbon trees on the shaded slopes of Minas Geraes, Brazil. These pure strain superior beans are washed for export using the traditional Bahia method. Bourbon Santos have a complex flavour, heavy bodied with moderate acidity yielding a soft fine cup with no bitterness.
